1. Delivery fees
Delivery is free on orders of R9,500 or more, everywhere in South Africa. Orders under R9,500 pay a flat R150 per order. The fee is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay. For express or next-day delivery, please contact us directly.
2. When we dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders paid on a weekend or public holiday go out the next business day.
3. How long delivery takes
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days depending on your area, provided there are no courier delays. These are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Bulk orders
Bulk orders of Grade B laptops are quoted individually. Once you confirm the quote, we quote the bulk shipping. Bulk orders are delivered in stock boxes, safely packed.
5. Tracking
We send a tracking number by email or WhatsApp as soon as your order is handed to the courier.
6. Collecting in store
Collection is free and available from our main Johannesburg branch at Stellar Mall only. Your order is normally ready within one business day, and we will tell you when. Bring your order number; no ID is needed.
7. When your order arrives
Please check the parcel before you sign. If it is damaged, note it on the courier’s document and tell us within 48 hours, with photos.
8. Failed deliveries
The courier makes up to three delivery attempts. After that the parcel returns to us, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery, at no further fee.
9. Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered or collected. Ownership passes to you when we have received full payment.
